An exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing managed IT support business, working directly on the support desk with real customers and real problems.

The role

You'll work closely with customers to ensure support requests are responded to within Service Level Agreements. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have

  • Experience on a helpdesk or service desk
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or Intune
  • Experience with RMM tools
